About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for a busy company president. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the president's schedule: Setting appointments, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and handling cancellations efficiently.
- Vendor sourcing: Researching and locating reputable vendors for both personal and business needs.
- Executive shadowing: Accompanying the president throughout the workday, anticipating needs, and providing discreet assistance.
- Meeting support: Actively participating in meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Experience in data cleansing and report formatting within Excel to ensure data integrity and clear communication of insights.
- Tackling random tasks: Handling a variety of personal and business requests with initiative and common sense.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational skills: A master of scheduling, to-do lists, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Clear communication with both internal and external contacts is essential.
- Fast-paced and proactive: Ability to work efficiently and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful and detail-oriented: Skilled at researching and locating vendors, with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Discretion and common sense: Upholding confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgment when handling personal and business matters.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in using common productivity and communication software, including GSuite, Microsoft tools (Excel and Powerpoint), Google Voice and WhatsApp for making phone calls.
**Requirements**:
- Must be a clear and concise communicator, no slow talking.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Extreme organization and attention to detail are crucial.
- Possess strong skills in cleaning and organizing data using Excel formulas and formatting techniques to create professional and informative reports.
- Available for 30 hours per week.
- Hours: 9:00 am to 2 pm (California Time) - Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $8 per hour (USD).
- Contractor Position - Not an Employee Position
