Svelte is looking for a Social Media Content Moderator who can curate engaging content, drive brand awareness, and enhance online presence across various platforms.

**Success Criteria**

A creative individual who can navigate rapidly between different community pages and tasks. Can communicate effectively and has community-building abilities to foster connections and enhance brand affinity across diverse audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
- Proficiency as social media content moderator, including familiarity with tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and algorithms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous work from home experience (preferred)
- Backup Wifi

Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and execute comprehensive social media content moderation across various communities to take care of Svelte's most important customers
- Research FAQs, shared content and knowledgebase to find the proper response for customers
- Engage with the audience, build relationships, and foster community growth through consistent and authentic interactions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing them effectively within the strategy.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and comments, maintaining a positive brand image and reputation.
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitor actions to spot potential opportunities or risks.

Pay: From $15,400.00 per month
