**Site Manager**
**Ingeniero Civil/Electromecánico**
**Principales funciones**:
- Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de programa de obra.
- Supervisar el proceso constructivo de obra (obra civil y electromecánica)
- Dar atención a los hallazgos derivados de supervisiones y/o auditorías internas y externas en obra aplicables a su proceso
- Programar el arribo oportuno de la maquinaría, materiales y equipos de acuerdo a lo programado y al avance de obra
- Es el responsable de la recepción y control de suministros en sitio
- Hacer el programa de obra semanal y mensual de mano de obra, equipos y herramientas
- Reportar semanal y mensualmente el avance de obra en general
- Coordinar y planear las actividades del personal a su cargo
- Asegurarse de que las subcontratistas cumplan con los programas de obra
- Mantener el orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo
- Llenar y mantener disponible en la obra las bitácoras de obra internas como las del cliente
- Dar atención las no conformidades aplicables a su proceso internas como externas (cliente o auditorías de tercera parte)
