- **OFFICE MANAGER AND/OR OFFICE SUPERVISOR.**_

**Experience and requisites**:

- _**Advanced English.**_
- _**Minimum three years as responsible for staff functioning and operation.**_
- Administration degree.
- Availability of schedule.

**Functions**:

- Management and administration of the quality of services.
- Evaluate, provide feedback and report on staff productivity and effectiveness.
- Development of innovative administrative models focused on improving employee quality.
- Provide induction and training, to new staff.

**Skills**:

- Decision making.
- Planning and organization.
- Leadership, supervision and training.
- Initiative and innovation focused on improving the quality of services.
- Motivation of personnel.

**Attitudes**:

- Excellent service attitude.
- High degree of commitment and responsibility.
