Learning & Development Sr Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Needs Assessment**:
- Conduct training needs analysis for the Pharma, Vaccines, and Oncology units to identify skill gaps and opportunities for development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align learning objectives with business goals.
**Program Design and Development**:
- Design and develop engaging learning programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of the sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Incorporate best practices in adult learning principles, instructional design, and the latest learning technologies.
**Training Delivery**:
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure effective delivery of programs that enhance the performance and productivity of employees.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to learning and development.
- Communicate learning initiatives and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in roles focused on sales training and development is desirable.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in measuring training effectiveness.
