**Objetivo de la Posición**:
El puesto de Coordinador de seguridad, salud y medioambiente de la planta (SHE, por sus siglas en inglés) es responsable de implementar y administrar los procesos estandarizados de SHE para garantizar el cumplimiento de las reglamentaciones federales, estatales, provinciales y locales y las políticas y procedimientos corporativos. Este puesto ayudará a lograr un estatus de clase mundial e impactará en los ahorros corporativos a través de la eliminación de impactos ambientales, lesiones/enfermedades ocupacionales, daños a la propiedad y mejora de la eficiencia de la producción, además de salvaguardar la salud y la seguridad de todos los empleados. Este puesto específico se centrará en el cumplimiento de la salud y la seguridad, las actividades del pilar de seguridad World Class Manufacturing (WCM), el Sistema de gestión de seguridad, FWS, PAR, y los objetivos de mejora de la salud y la seguridad..

**¿Qué harías?**

Implementar programas de capacitación SHE y evaluaciones de capacitación para garantizar que se identifique y se lleve a cabo la capacitación requerida.
- Llevar a cabo auditorías periódicas de los procesos de SHE y el seguimiento necesario para garantizar el cumplimiento y asesorar a los líderes de la planta y al personal corporativo de SHE sobre los hallazgos.
- Analizar la experiência de lesiones/enfermedades, incluida la ergonomía, identificar/rastrear la correlación de lesiones, determinar las causas fundamentales, implementar acciones correctivas y comunicar esta información al liderazgo de la planta y SHE corporativo.
- Apoyar los programas de nuevos equipos en la etapa de concepto para asegurar que se incluyan las especificaciones y regulaciones de diseño de SHE.
- Administrar informes de seguridad de rutina, incluida la adquisición de datos, la documentación, el mantenimiento de registros, el control, la revisión y la aprobación.
- Coordinar la comunicación de la actividad de inspección regulatoria SHE con el liderazgo de la planta.
- Liderar proyectos SHE para mejorar las métricas clave de rendimiento de SHE.
- Apoyar la implementación y el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad de la planta, los requisitos del pilar de seguridad FWS, PAR y WCM

**¿Qué necesitas para aspirar a la vacante?**

**Conocimientos específicos**:

- Licenciatura en Medio Ambiente, Seguridad, Ingeniería, Ciencias o campo relacionado.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo.
- Sólida comprensión de las regulaciones y requisitos ambientales federales, estatales, provinciales y locales.
- Disposición para trabajar en cualquier turno y horas adicionales según sea necesario.
- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Uso competente de SO WIN, Microsoft Office y/u otro software.
- Disfrutar trabajando en un entorno de trabajo virtual y multicultural.
- Capacidad para colaborar con las partes interesadas (habilidades de las personas).
- Mostrar pasión y creatividad práctica por las innovaciones y los cambios.
- Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa / Proactividad.
