Apoyar al Área Director Comercial en la elaboración de la estrategia de ventas de segmento MICE para los hoteles bajo su responsabilidad, con el fin de cumplir los objetivos definidos en el Business Plan de cada hotel.
- Apoyar al Área DOS de la zona en la elaboración de objetivos cuantificables y cualitativos del equipo del Clúster de Grupos y venta interna de hoteles descentralizados.

Responsable del cumplimiento del Presupuesto del segmento MICE tanto en habitaciones (volumen de Roomnights y Room Revenue) como en Alquiler de Salas y ventas de F&B asociada a grupos a través de la gestión del equipo de Cotización de Grupos para los Hoteles de la Zona Comercial.

Participar en la elaboración de los presupuestos del segmento MICE y Business Plan Anual de los hoteles de la Zona Comercial.

Lograr y/o superar el presupuesto aprobado anualmente en el Business Plan (segmento MICE) de los hoteles del Clúster tanto de venta de habitaciones como en ARR a través del incremento en el número de cuentas/eventos, así como en Venta de Salones, Banquetes, audios y otros ingresos relaciones con MICE.

Elaborar las proyecciones semanales (Business Review) y reproyecciones (RN & Room Revenue) para el segmento MICE de los Hoteles bajo su responsabilidad.

Elaborar regularmente informes de producción de grupos por hotel y por origen de negocio a tres meses y un año vista para su análisis conjunto a Revenue management y Área DOS de la zona.

Elaborar informes estándares sobre la evolución de la demanda de grupos en los hoteles de la zona y remitirlos a Área DOS, Área Revenue y Directores CO y GM's de hoteles descentralizados.

Elaborar y supervisar cotizaciones para los leads de +10 habitaciones con o sin salas, para los hoteles de la zona con el objetivo de obtener el mayor negocio posible tanto de habitaciones, como salones, F&B y otros ingresos relacionales al grupo.

Analizar las peticiones recibidas y el porcentaje de negocio que se ha materializado, y en función de los resultados y del estudio del mercado, define nuevas acciones para lograr una mayor captación de negocio.

Revisar y asegurar que las negociaciones, contratos con clientes y política de créditos se realizan de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por MHI.

Actualizar, gestionar y controlar el negocio grupal y la base de datos de este asegurándose que la información. disponible está lo más actualizada posible en el Sistema FOCUS reportando cualquier incidencia al dpto. especifico.

Responsable del correcto uso de la herramienta de grupos (FOCUS).

Supervisar y apoyar, en la toma de decisiones, al equipo de Sales Coordinators/Sales Executives (Groups Cluster e internos en hoteles descentralizados).

Una vez confirmado el grupo o evento, elaborar el contrato de servicio correspondiente y bloquea en el PMS del hotel los salones y habitaciones requeridos y que han sido confirmados por el cliente.
