Overview

**Integrated Service Delivery Head**
- 15+ years of experience in technology and services delivery
- 10+ years of experience in similar role as Service Delivery Head or related
- Culturally aligned to the ways of working with a Mexican company (very similar to European companies).
- The ISD head needs to be a business person that has an excellent understanding of business processes to be able to align with the goals of the company.
- Needs to have great communication skills to be able to talk with the IT (CIO and direct reports) and Business leaders (SVP’s and VP’s) across the different divisions and regions.
- Needs to have a good understanding of IT Operations, ERP/SAP, Application Development, Processes and know how to integrate all of them so an efficient and effective service can be provided.
- Should have played a similar role at another company providing services across Infra (IT Operations) and Apps (Development) with a minimum engagement size of 300 people
