**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Develop new experience at point of sale process, slam teams definition, Time table alignment and post mortem measurement in every company’s big bet altogether with field support team.

Develop and manage AOP & PSP “media is the store” strategies for the 4 BUs, involving e-commerce & promotions.

Identify company Big Bets, define needs and the correct development for seamless experience compliance.

Connect Merchandising, Trade Marketing, e-commerce, promotions, BU and sales innitiatives, analyze the strategy in order to identify experience scope and develop connected activation plans.

Work across multiple teams, cross functional groups, expanding BU’s strategy to KAM, Sales Execution & commercial strategy teams.

**Your Impact**

As PMF Experience Design Merch Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Develop an AOP/SBP “media is the store” experience strategy.
- Compliance of.8MMps budget and alignment with governance team (Making decision /providing consultation).
- Manage at least 25 annual projects by delivery a pilot test or a roll out.
- Assure the on-time connection of slam team members.
- Achieve all company’s big bets development under omnichannel frame.
- Design the experience aligned to brand and or promotion strategy aligning the interactions with other multidisciplinary teams, to assure correct planning and control of development & execution according to Sales and KAMs Negotiations.
- Consider customer engagement by implementation of activities customized for each client.
- Ensure the correct administration and compliance of the process by post-mortem analysis, seeking planning improvement and hard data for future decision making.
- Ensure strong connection with multidisciplinary teams and collect information to define requirements for tailor made developments.
- Market and client visits to collect opportunities.
- Seek omnichannel execution.
- Inspire all involved teams to work under this new strategy, becoming part of the company’s starting process.
- Continuous learning on benchmarks appliable to PepsiCo’s initiatives.
