- PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- INPUTTING ALL COMPLAINT INFORMATION INTO THE COMPLAINT SYSTEM
- DOCUMENTATION OF COLLECTOR PRO
- HANDLE COMPLAINTS AND ALL COMMUNICATION WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IN ACCORDANCE

WITH THE COMPANIES GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
- TO MAINTAIN GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH OUR CUSTOMERS THROUGHOUT ALL NEEDED PROCESSES
- FOLLOW UP AND COMPLETE SURVEY IN A TIMELY MANNER
- PROCESS ALL NTTAS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND PROVIDE REPORTS ON SPECIFIED TIMES
- COMPLETE TITLE REPORT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND PROVIDE REPORTS ON SPECIFIC TIMESQUALIFICATIONS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- BILINGUAL IS A MUST
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
- MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE AND HAVE A PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SOFTWARE.
