-Job description
Función principal:
- Recepción, análisis y asignación a Firmas Legales de nuevas demandas laborales y mercantiles en contra de HBMX y sus filiales, así como en la captura de las prestaciones reclamadas.
- Obtención de la información necesaria de los diversos sistemas para el correcto registro en integra y envío a las Firmas Legales.
- Gestión y apoyo en la emisión de cheques para cubrir obligaciones de pago derivadas del seguimiento de litigios mercantiles y laborales. Así como la cancelación de los mismos y reversión cuando el importe o motivo por el cual se expidió ya no es aplicable.
- Generar reportes de métricas y cifras a partir de bases de datos de sistemas de HBMX para diversas áreas internas.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Registrar en el Sistema de Gestión de Litigios los nuevos asuntos que se presenten en contra de los intereses de HBMX y sus filiales a través de los canales de recepción.
- Colocación de improductivos y/o sus solicitudes para la emisión de cheques en sucursales derivados de un convenio o condena en un litigio.
Requirements
Experiência en:
- Licenciatura Económico-administrativo.
- Manejo de Paquetería Office (Excel Avanzado, Word, PowerPoint).
- Diseño de Informes Ejecutivos.
- Administración del tiempo y trabajo bajo presión.
- Manejo de Microsoft Visio.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Inglés intermedio.
