This role is responsible for the business strategy and strategic alliances/B2B business development of the Global Connected Services team in GM Mexico (OnStar). He/she will be responsible for building and growing the B2B lines of business for OnStar and its adjacent platforms and products.

**Responsabilities**:

- Communicate plans and results related to B2B line of business across the organization, including the global team
- Develop and grow the B2B line of business and strengthen the relationships with our strategic commercial alliances
- Responsible for the successful launch of new products and connected services in the Mexican market (focus on the B2B line of business)
- Create strategies and proposals to offer OnStar portfolio services to conquest new B2B customers
- Develop and execute the B2B commercial strategy, including but not limited to insurance & fleet
- Coordination and planning with global and local teams to implement OnStar B2B projects
- Support and follow to B2B customers (fleet, OVI & insurance)
- Monitor Scorecard KPIs and OnStar fleet activations
- Ensure successful implementation of B2B packages configuration
- Coordinate call center team (2 advisors) and monitor customer experience
- Generate KPI reports and monthly result analysis
- Strict control of forecast & sales reports
- Engage and support fleet dealer network (training, activations, B2B OnStar products)
**Experience / Education**:

- College graduate or equivalent training, Business related.
- English (Proficient / Fluent)
- +4 years in Similar Areas
