Our client is dedicated to connecting community managers with certified vendors related to the property management and HOA management industry.

**As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the following activities**:

- Send invoices to clients.
- Prepare any documentation required by be sales department.
- Update CRM with lead information.

**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 CST._

**Minimum requirements**
- High School Diploma.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent communication skills in writing.
- Experience using MS Office.
- Being able to Multitask.
- Feeling comfortable working with multiple software.

It's a plus if you have experience using Hubspot.
