VMWare Engineer

Expertise in supporting VMware 6.7 and 7.0+.
- Experience with DELL/Intel/CISCO hardware basic knowledge of Linux troubleshooting in ESXi, creating/managing HA, DRS, affinity rules,

installing & managing ESXi host, patching & upgrading ESXi versions.

Should have experience in Physical-to-Virtual (P2V), Virtual-to-Virtual (V2V) and Virtual-to-Physical (V2P) migration of OS’.

Good knowledge in VMware server and other virtualization platforms
- Experienced in large scale production support virtualization environment.

Technical knowledge of VMware vSphere installation, configuration, and administration of ESXi 6.x/7.x, provisioning of new VM’s, editing the VM configuration, create/edit datastores,

vCenter
- Server, VCSA, PSC, HA and VMs Files.

Assess and implements best practices in line with change management process, troubleshooting and resolving VMware environment issues
