Founded in 1993, Shampu Lighting is a group enterprise that specializes in research and development, manufacturing, and sales of lighting products. Currently, we have subsidiaries in Jiaxing and Lishui, Zhejiang, and Los Angeles, USA, and a Japanese subsidiary under construction.

ACTIVITIES:
1、Engaged in HR work in manufacturing enterprises, with a deep understanding of the business status and team situation in the operational departments. Responsible for formulating and effectively implementing HR work plans in the business domain.

2、Based on the situation of personnel, competency, talent pool, career development paths, and personnel development plans within the business teams, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and drive their implementation.

4、Establish effective and diverse communication channels within the business teams to ensure smooth organizational information flow and promote corporate culture development and employee engagement enhancement.

5、Utilize professional knowledge, tools, methods, and experience to provide comprehensive HR solutions for the business teams based on business development and company strategy. This includes but is not limited to mid to high-level recruitment, project training, performance incentives, and optimization of internal processes within the organization.

Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in human resources in large-scale manufacturing enterprises for at least 3 years. Proficient in at least 2 HR modules and have led and been responsible for at least 2 key HR projects that contributed to business success.
2、Preferably, have a comprehensive understanding of the sales product lifecycle in an enterprise and have experience as an HR Business Partner in a cross-functional organization, including strategic marketing, research and development, sales, manufacturing, delivery, and finance.
3、Strong logical thinking, diligent and proactive in problem-solving. Ability to quickly grasp concepts, think critically, execute efficiently, and learn from past experiences. Capable of establishing rapid connections with business departments and providing professional solutions to related issues.

4. Advanced English
