**HR Operations Specialist**:

As a core member of the HR team in the Process Automation Process Industries, you will deliver HR service assistance to the business. You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business. In this role you will assist internal customers and translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.

**This position reports to**:
Regional Engineering Center Leader

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving high performance in PAPI Engineering center, in line with global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets.
- Ensuring that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on.
- Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption.
- Preparing reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists.
- Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required.
- Research, build and manage partnerships with local universities, university leaders, faculty, staff and student organizations to ensure ABB is branded accurately and consistently.
- Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manager, showing and end-to-end responsibility.
- Provides support and advice to assignees and the company of global mobility initiatives within ABB and act single point of contact case manager for assignees and the business in a designated geography or specialist area.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or HR related.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, in recruitment is a plus.
- Knowledge of local labor.
- Global mobility experience and Early Talent knowledge is a plus.
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluent English.
