As a Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for making tours to ensure optimal conditions of the tooling, make die quotes, perform drawing interpretations, predictive maintenance monitoring of all tooling lines placed according to the program, as well as integrate ideas of continuous improvement in tooling.

Your task will be:

- Carry out the inspection of tooling conditions daily at the start of the shift, lunch and break.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and fill out the check list for each tool.
- Manufacture necessary parts and spare parts according to drawing using a lathe, milling machine, drill and grinding machine.
- Use measuring tools correctly and take care of them.
- Carry out repairs with the oxyfuel equipment and welding machines (Electric, MIG and TIG)
- Carry out tool repair and maintenance work safely and cleanly.
- Be present on production lines with safety equipment and tools ready at 6:00am and 6:00pm.
- Keep your safety equipment and hand tools in optimal conditions for use.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Finished professional career
- Advanced English
- Management of SolidWorks, AutoCAD and NX
- Experience in tool room machining in conventional machines
- Management of wire cutting EDM machines
- Knowledge of special steels (4140, 1045 A2, D2)
- Drawing interpretation and tolerance management GD&T
- Budget management
- Engineering changes
