**Latinx Revops** is a fast growing paced start-up and proudly mexican. We're an outsourced business development agency specialized in effectively increasing our clients productivity, generating pipeline and new revenue streams, through a mixture of telemarketing strategies, outreach campaigns, sales cadences, insight metrics and sales mapping productivity.

**Job description**:
We are looking for talented Sales Development representatives to add to our fast paced-growth orientated team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Cold calling clients
- Qualifying businesses, Appointment setting, Sending manifestos, Analyzing business structure, Relationship building, nurturing diverse clients, representing the company in direct customer negotiations, opening new accounts, growing current customer accounts, and delivering an excellent customer experience by providing service that goes above and beyond expectations.
- Review and input general and specific data in the CRM
- Other duties and projects, as may be assigned and deemed appropriate from the manager

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- 1+ years of sales experience - with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated by individual and team achievement.
- Knowledge and use of tools like CRM software, Phone Dialer software, Google Drive
- Excellent spoken and written English
