At Bosch you will take responsibility for products enclosures development support, quality improvement and cost reduction. You will work designing 3D & 2D; BOM release on respective PLM system. Assist for test plan and test report creation and assist for manufacture and supplier communication of technical topic and design implementation in production line.

**Job Description**:
As a team lead you will be leading the team that is responsible for Home Appliances to achieve the objectives for the location and the team.
- Assure functional excellence in the product area
- Support Hiring, engagement and retention to ensure the right skills and capacity
- Team performance management, including goal setting and evaluation
- Develop the understanding of product, platform, and process
- Execute competency roadmap of the team and team competences.
- Foster and encourage Bosch values and location related activities.
- Mentor and Coach the team
- Workload management and delivery tracking (KPIs)
- Support the preparation and track project effort
- Support the project planning, tracking and risk management
- Lead or support tech reviews

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Masters degree on Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Science and experience on product development
- Experience in Home Appliances domain is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to dive deep into technical topics
- Knowledge & experience on Configuration Management, Requirement Management & Defect Tracking tools
- Ability to negotiate with customer, support global organization, and understanding with working in global multicultural projects.
