**Requisitos**:

- Inglés avanzado: Comunicarse fluidamente en inglés es fundamental para este puesto, ya que nuestras operaciones turísticas involucran a clientes internacionales.
- Visa y pasaporte vigente: La capacidad para viajar internacionalmente es esencial para interactuar con nuestros socios internacionales y asistir a eventos y ferias comerciales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar: Nuestros equipos de ventas visitan regularmente clientes en diferentes ubicaciones, por lo tanto, la capacidad para viajar de manera frecuente es necesaria.
- Manejo de Tour Operadoras: Experiência previa en el manejo de las operaciones turísticas y la relación con agencias y operadores locales es altamente valorada.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación: El éxito en este puesto requiere habilidades de comunicación sobresalientes, tanto en inglés como en español, para establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios comerciales.
- Orientación al cliente: Capacidades comprobadas para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y superar sus expectativas es fundamental.
- Autonomía y capacidad de trabajo en equipo: Debido a la naturaleza de esta posición, es importante tener habilidades de organización y manejo del tiempo para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo de manera eficiente.
