El Content Designer Sr. Omnicanal será responsable de desarrollar y gestionar contenido para diversos puntos de contacto, coordinando la coherencia en el tono y productos en todas las plataformas digitales y emergentes. Colaborará con equipos de SEO, taxonomía y product design para asegurar la alineación con los objetivos de negocio. Supervisará a dos personas: Content Designer Jr. y Content, Planning & Execution. Además, trabajará con la agencia de contenido y el equipo de producción para implementar estrategias eficaces y mejorar continuamente las tácticas de contenido.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Desarrollar y gestionar contenido relevante para diferentes puntos de contacto, incluyendo redes sociales, sitios web, correos electrónicos y aplicaciones móviles.
- Coordinar el sorting, tono y productos adecuados en eCommerce, Marketplaces, Last Mile, y otras plataformas digitales y emergentes.
- Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de medios, taxonomía y product design para asegurar la coherencia y efectividad del contenido.
- Supervisar a Content Designer Jr. y a Content, Planning & Execution, además de colaborar con la agencia de contenido y el equipo de producción para asegurar la ejecución exitosa de las estrategias.
- Analizar el rendimiento del contenido y utilizar datos para iterar y mejorar continuamente las estrategias.
- Implementar una metodología de fracaso continúo controlado basada en MVP para permitir la iteración rápida.
- Implementar y supervisar la estrategia de contenido y merchandising en todas las plataformas.
- Asegurar la coherencia en la experiência del usuario a través de todos los canales.

**Cualificaciones**:

- Conocimiento Técnico Avanzado en diseño de contenido omnicanal, incluyendo plataformas físicas, digitales y emergentes.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de contenido y análisis de datos.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo medios, taxonomía y product design.
- Experiência en coordinación de contenido en diversas plataformas y puntos de contacto.
- Habilidad para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de contenido que mejoren la experiência del usuario a través del contenido.
- Conocimiento de las tendencias de la industria y mejores prácticas en diseño y marketing de contenido.
