**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**

The Multimedia Content Sr Art Coordinator is in charge of the creation, development, direction, and reviewing of the multimedia content and creative versioning of existing materials for PepsiCo Beverages North America portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs. The Multimedia Content Sr Art Coordinator has strong skills in design, art direction, storytelling, POS and packaging. Have to be detailed oriented. A successful designer must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch for online and offline platforms, ability to edit and manipulate creative. You will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of consumer programs, long term campaigns, content creation and development. The Multimedia Content Sr Art Coordinator will work closely with the Brand and DX Teams to find different opportunities on how to bring work from external partners to the GBS Content In-House Team.

**Your Impact**

As Multimedia Content Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.
- Generate fresh, new and innovative POS, OOH materials and multimedia graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media and marketing initiatives.
- Adaptation and adjustments of existing creatives.
- Ability to build POS design and concepts when needed.
- Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding graphic design and motion graphics.
- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
- Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
- Present projects to clients for approval if needed.
- HIGH aptitude to learn new things, adaptability and sense of urgency to get things done.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, multimedia design, visual arts, motion graphics, POS, etc.)
- +5 years of agency creative experience in creative, graphic design, motion, animation and video editing.
- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
- Experience in CPG a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and account teams
- A portfolio showing a variety of digital and POS/Packaging. Standout work is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Any web-based website builder software, 3D software and Premiere is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media, video aspect ratios and print artwork release.
- Previous experience managing direct reports.
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
- Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
- Ability to brainstorm in large groups and develop big ideas from beginning to end
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.
