About the role:

- Responsible for the establishment of security processes/logistics for the Diageo facilities located in La Barca.
- Guarantee asset protection in conjunction with the Atotonilco operations.
- Identify and evaluate security risks throughout Diageo’s Supply chain and implement an efficient and brand-enhancing security management strategies/solutions to avoid, mitigate and reduce the potential impact of risk to the business.
- Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance safety & security requirements.
- Primary liaison between Product Security and key Diageo functions throughout the Mexico Supply Chain.
- Provide technical expertise leadership support to the development of solutions in finished product security.
- Effectively coordinate and assist internal and external partners and cross functional teams to implement effective Supply Chain Security programs to detect, prevent and resolve supply chain threats and losses in La Barca.
- Effectively engage in the development of Business Resilience structure to ensure Supply Chain Security disruptions are coordinated part of BR program.
- Remain current with security industry practices (including C-TPAT, OEA, etc), trends and technologies. Identify innovative supply chain security trends and technologies that might be proven to protect and improve supply chain security operations.
- Lead the infrastructure and maintenance of secure supply chain standards, requirements, tools, and process documentation.
- Establish and handle a collection of measurement matrices and measurements to display the secure supply chain environment, status.
- Establish and lead educational and training programs focusing on policy and procedures relating to supply chain security programs.
- Maintain a network of knowledgeable and influential persons in government, law enforcement, security, intelligence, and internal functions to serve as resources, collaborators, and partners.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a security environment with a global or medium to large business.- Broad IT knowledge (MS Office, Outlook, IT).- Experience conducting security assessments in a complex, global environment with mínimal direction.- Experience in conducting, coordinating or handling Security Audits.- Knowledge of international security and Audit regulatory and compliance framework.- Consistent track record to work independently and efficiently prioritise in a dynamic and decentralized work environment.- Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of current security and/or information security events and trends.- Spanish and English speaker.
