**As a Director of Security you will be**:

- Assess current needs; develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise-wide information security and security engineering program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the company.
- Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures based on industry
- standard best practices.
- Ensures security is an enabler and a feature for digital products.
- Evangelizes and teaches security engineering with entire product engineering department making security a responsibility at the source of development
- Check in on customer or company audits in progress and help.
- Discuss confidential M&A materials to ensure leadership is aware of material risks; ensure the smooth transition of acquired companies into the company’s platform and security program.
- Identify changes that will impact the security program and recommend appropriate changes. Take all actions needed to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Creating energy and enthusiasm at all levels of the information security organization.
- Effectively coach and mentor the team to ensure their continued success.
- Serve as a thought leader in the CISO community internally and externally, to help strengthen the security community as a whole.
