Responsable de dar soporte bajo supervisión a las actividades propias del departamento para su optimo cumplimiento de metas, ofrece servicio personalizado a empleados, atiende aspectos administrativos incluso de cumplimiento regulatorio o con dependencias de gobierno, participa en el seguimiento a programas de Recursos Humanos, motivacionales o de objetivos específicos, participa en la elaboración de documentos legales para atención a instituciones públicas y privadas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable de la implementación del software de Recursos Humanos (Workday).
- Administra servicios al personal relativos con los sistemas (software) de Recursos Humanos (Workday, Oracle, TRESS, etc.) de la planta.
- Brinda asesoría y capacitación al personal que lo necesite.
- Administra la captura de incidencias en el sistema de nóminas (movimientos de personal, captura de los mismos, control de vacaciones, asistencia etc.).
- Administra los horarios de la empresa.
- Prepara constancias de trabajo, cartas diversas requeridas por los empleados.
- Administra y maneja sistemas como IDSE, Infonavit, FONACOT.
- Atiende de manera inicial a los empleados indirectos y administrativos, canaliza con la persona responsable de proporcionar información o solución de situaciones de los empleados.
- Recibe y responde dudas y aclaraciones de los empleados sobre diversos temas (Nomina, prestaciones etc.).
- Responsable del archivo del personal indirecto y administrativo.
- Cumple con las normas de seguridad establecidas en los reglamentos, políticas y certificaciones de la empresa.
- Aplica y mantiene los conceptos de 5s en su área y en el departamento.
- Participa en los proyectos que se le asignan.
- Asegura que se cumplan las normas de calidad, productividad, EHS y mejoramiento continuo.
- Apoya en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección para cubrir las posiciones vacantes.
- Elabora reportes para ser enviados tanto al corporativo nacional como el extranjero.
- Contesta las solicitudes de información tanto internas como externas.
- Apoya en los programas y actividades para mantener la rotación del personal dentro de los objetivos asi como los planes de acción cuando sea necesario.
- Implementa programas para mantener relaciones positivas con los empleados
- Ayuda con el seguimiento a la NOM 035.
- Apoya en procesos de reclutamiento de posiciones administrativas
**Requerimientos básicos**:
- Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Relaciones Industriales o carrera afín.
- 5 años de experiência en el área de Recursos Humanos.
- Experiência en la industria maquiladora.
- Manejo del Idioma Inglés 75%.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, Workday, Oracle y TRESS. (indispensable)
