**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry or tech field in general.
- In-depth knowledge of the **Brazilian tech industry** landscape, key influencers, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade influencers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and preformance marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

What you will do: 
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influence marketing strategy to increase Practicum visibility and attract potential students to the bootcamp.
- Identify, research, and evaluate relevant influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders in the tech space, both locally and nationally, to form partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication, outreach, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute impactful content, including blog posts, social media campaigns, videos, and other creative materials to promote the bootcamp.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and track the effectiveness of influence marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align influence marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and performance agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled on time.
