**OPERATIONS MANAGER**
**Oil and Gas Industry**
**Mexico City**
**The overall objective**:
To ensure safe operations and continuous improvements. Ensures that the group standards, principles are consistently applied in the assets, and projects he/she manages. Accountable for the technical integrity of the assets and quality of projects and ensures that the regulation by Manufacturers of equipment is strictly adhered to. Drives the continuous improvement of the safety culture in the Operations workforce (including the contractors). Act as Program Manager for the projects in execution. He/she is responsible for planning, management, and execution of multiple major product programs per year and a wide range of initiatives that call for a diverse, expert skill set to effectively support the broader organization.
Develop Quality Plans, and Health and Safety Procedures; and assure those are implemented.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with cross-functional management in Engineering, Service Management, QA, Customer Support,
- Manufacturing Operations, etc. to plan and deliver new products or services to the market.
- Manage the execution of cross functional program plans, including backlog reviews, feature prioritization and scoping, resource conflicts, scheduling, progress tracking, issue resolution, defect management, beta programs, product release and product maintenance.
- Work with Product Owners to define the requirements, establish program baseline and provide regular reporting including the assessment of risk to senior management.
- Implement checks to ensure that the program activities are in line with the product objectives and strategic goals.
- Participate in product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Lead team efforts in relentless improvement
- Promote Safe practices.
- Regular program status checks with management and outside stakeholders.
- Develop Quality Plans, and Health and Safety Procedures; and assure those are implemented.

**Skills and required Experience**
- At least 10 years’ experience in related field, i.e. Operations Management and Construction & Maintenance, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instruments
- Solid Customer Service track record
- Strong Management and leadership skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Strategic Planning
- Microsoft Office
- Engineering Degree is a must
