Overview:

STATEMENT:
Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) operators are the main resource to ensure physical integrity of HN people and assets, as well as to ensure the security of our supply chain so customers and distributors receive their orders on time.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate and review communications and documentation
- Coordinate complex responses including interacting with executives
- Statistics, KPI measurement, and regular reporting of internal KPIs
- Lead on planning, configuration, testing and go-live of any additional region/site to be controlled through the GSOC
- Act as SME and trainer for process improvement in all Security related items.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None

Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in process improvement or related disciplines
- Experience in process & protocols
- Previous experience in maintenance programs of the Security systems (CCTV, Fire equipment, Access Control)
- Able to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Analytics
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Must be disciplined
- Problem solving
- Able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies
- Ability to multitask, discern patterns in detail, excellent think trough problems for logical solutions through quality methodologies
- Demonstrated ability as a trainer
- Ability to coordinate, influence, and lead small groups
- Project management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
**Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience resolving complex problems during critical incidents
- Knowledge of IT system administration and integrations administration and security architecture
- Risk Management, with emphasis on preventive & corrective measurements (KPI's)
- Criminal certificate studies with focus on risks mitigation plans,

Experience
- 3 years of experience in security related projects

Education
- Professional degree

Languages
- Intermediate English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Security Certifications (CPO)
- Previous experience in Security Operation Centers
- Computer or Telecomunication certificate / degree or in progress
- Valid Passport & Visa
