The Role:
In line with the READY SET GERMANY´s continuing expansion strategy, we are looking to recruit an experienced and driven Business Developer, to play a fundamental part in further establishingREADY SET GERMANY as a recognized brand within Latin America.
America, recruiting excellent students to join our programs in Germany, Canada and other European destinations. The role holder will be responsible for managing and developing READY SET GERMANY’s brand and business student recruitment channels in LATAM, through the utilization of various student recruitment channels including, but not limited to, engagement with High schools, Universities attendance of Recruitment Fairs, institutional partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.
possessing a "can-do" and "nothing is impossible" attitude, along with an excellent ability to
adapt and work in an international environment and setting.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Oversee and deliver a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy for
LATAM
- Agency Network Management: promote, develop, and train potential agents to represent
READY SET GERMANY in LATAM.
- Regular travel to market regions and dependent on potential partnership opportunities
- Identify marketing media channels and monitor opportunities
- Deliver the marketing strategy in line with agreed budgets / timescales and corporate
Marketing and branding guidelines
- Attend fairs and school visits to promote and recruit potential students
- Handle daily inquiries regarding all courses from prospective students
- Negotiating and coordinating advertising for related territories
- Ensure that all relevant product developments are communicated internally to relevant
stakeholders
- Identify potential problems, which may interfere with or be a barrier to a student’s successful
entrance into or completion of a program Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role is preferable
- Must be able to travel to market regions
- Experience recruiting international students is desired
- Experience working with international student recruitment agents is also desired, but not
essential
- Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
- Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal', with strong client management skills
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business
opportunities
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail

- A positive attitude to dealing with people
- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
