**Case Specialist (Forms)/ Data Entry**

The DYADlaw Case Specialist (Forms) will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for supporting the law firm in case preparation and review.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare immigration-related correspondence including
- Prepare filings for USCIS
- Maintain client records in firm CRM
- Process RFE’s (as needed)
- Support and assist in other tasks as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be organized and analytical
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related software
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and discern what is important, including sense of urgency
- Recognize the need and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Ability to get high speed internet, and a quiet place to work at home
- Ability to work independently and complete a set of tasks.
- Associates degree required in related field.
- 1 - 3 years experience in an administrative or similar position.

**Classification**

Salary, Non-Exempt

**Pay**

Starting $16k pesos/month

**Schedule**

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT/ Flexible

**Work Environment**

Remote

Pay: From $16,000.00 per month
