Aspen Aerogels is a rapidly growing aerogel technology company founded in 2001 to capitalize on patented advances in aerogel manufacturing. Aspen has developed a proprietary aerogel material manufactured at scale and sold worldwide in the Electric Vehicle / Automotive, Construction, and Power Generation industries. Aspen is both a Tier 1/2 Automotive supplier and has its product in several subsea projects worldwide. We're on a mission to build a world-class organization as we scale up our automotive business over the next 3-5 years and are looking for great talent to join our team.

**Role Summary**:
Support New Business Development and consolidate the entire strategy for implementation.Provide successful launch of programs in terms of: Timing, Quality & Cost and Implement Best Practices procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Definition and follow up of the project plan.
Coordinate project implementation.
Evaluate and Control investments.
Coordinate meetings with internal and external customers and suppliers for equipment and specifications review.
Budget follow up.
Control the financial model for the projects and monitor key indicators.
Prepare executive presentations for project status.

**Qualifications**:
Engineering - Bachelor degree
5+ years of experience in Project management, implementation and analysis for project feasibility.
Experience in developing lease contracts, machinery inside and outside the facility.
Extensive knowledge for the overseas development of Manufacturing Equipment.
**Experience with quoting process**: RFQ submission, competitive bid analysis and sourcing.
