- Excel avanzando (vlookups, tablas pivote, formulas complejas)
- MS Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Conocimiento avanzado LFT, Calculo finiquitos, liquidaciones, SDI
- Conocimiento de desvinculaciones, procesos de salida, negociación, temas administrativos y laborales.
- Administración y presentación de KPIs
- Creación y seguimiento de procesos y procedimientos del departamento de RH
- Conocimiento en NOM 035
- 10 años mínimo experiência como Supervisor o 5 años como Supervisor Sr o Gerente
- Supervisión de equipos de 5 a 10 profesionales
- Experiência en multiplantas o plantas con diversos turnos
- Altamente organizado
- Habilidades de negociación
- Administración de equipos a distancia / multisitios
- Comunicación constante con clientes y equipos de soporte
- Implementar estrategias para lograr el éxito/satisfacción del cliente a través del equipo de RH
- Ser un asesor en materia de RH con los clientes.
