**Your Tasks & Responsabilities**
- Ensure compliance with the production plans to deliver in quantity, time and quality the Finished Goods required by the business (through supply chain), supporting the correct management of materials, personnel and production lines.
- Ensure the sustainability of KPI’s of Packaging and Pharmaceutical Cleaning areas
- Ensure that packaging and cleaning operations are carried out in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, procedures, policies and safety regulations
- Contribute to people development and succession plans through training and coaching activities.
- Safeguard equipment and facilities and verify compliance with maintenance programs of the Packaging Area and assure their validation and qualification for 2nd shift, and the timely management of downtimes. - Optimize the use of equipment, materials, and labor to obtain higher yield and OAE in production.
- Contribute to the revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and define the documentation requirements for the operation of the area, as well as generate reports of relevant information for the area.
- Ensure data collection and the use of productive data of the area to make decisions and implement improvements in second shift.
- Foster OE Culture within the area and assure their Packagind and Pharmaceutical Cleaning personnel is involved in improvements.
- Coordinate and ensure the Pharmaceutical Cleaning activities of third shift are fulfilled according to established SOP’s.

**Who You Are**:

- Education: Pharmaceutical (QFB, Biochemistry Engineer, QFI or similar) 5 years total experience in pharmaceutical industry and at least 2 years as leader or chief.
- Special knowledge: Tabletting and Pachaging, Pharmaceutical Cleaning operations. GMPs knowledge
- Language: Spanish, English (intermediate level: 600 TOEIC points or B1/B2 level)
- Software: Office, SAP, MS Project
