Hoy estamos buscando un(a)** **Client Success Senior Analyst** para unirse a nuestro equipo en Betterfly en México, quien será responsable de desarrollar, nutrir y construir relaciones a largo plazo con los principales clientes para impulsar la retención, el compromiso y la identificación de oportunidades.
**¿Que tareas esperamos de ti?**
- Gestionar y construir una relación sana y constante con los clientes; maximizando la satisfacción del cliente con la experiência y producto de Betterfly.
- Trabajar en el CRM, actualizando el estado de la cuenta y planificando la gestión de sus oportunidades que agregan valor al cliente.
- Comprender las necesidades de los clientes existentes, identificar oportunidades en función de los datos, mostrar cómo impactamos en el negocio del cliente y promover las ventas adicionales y cruzadas.
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias que mejoren el compromiso y maximicen el valor de por vida del cliente.
- Medir, evaluar y mejorar la tasa de compromiso, NPS, Up-selling y Cross-selling.
- Coordinar con las áreas internas de Betterfly la gestión de la cuenta y todas las acciones que se tomen para que la operación y rutinas diarias estén en línea con las expectativas del cliente.
- Inducción y soporte con respecto a la plataforma después de la activación.
- Minimizar el churn y maximizar el lifetime value de los clientes.
- Desarrollar reportes trimestrales y mantener contacto al menos mensual y cercana con cada cliente.
- Levantar y alinear permanentemente expectativas y necesidades de los clientes, y desarrollar planes de trabajo para cumplir con estas.
- Velar por el correcto cumplimiento de las actividades, experiências y activaciones relacionadas con el Journey de cada cliente.
**¿Que buscamos en ti?**
- 3 a 5 años de experiência, en cargos similares como CSM o KAM.
- Carrera afín: Administración, Ingeniería y áreas afines.
- Idealmente en empresas SaaS o App, en mercados B2B.
- Deseable conocimiento a nível usuario en Hubspot.
- Deseable tener experiência en el uso de herramientas de IA para automatización de procesos.
- Experiência en negociaciones de Up-selling y Cross-selling.
- Experiência en el proceso de venta consultiva.
- Inglés - Avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en oficina en Ciudad de México 3 días a la semana
