**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
**Main Objective**
- The Reporting Sr Analyst supports Global Procurement team managing the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documents for assigned categories.

**Purpose**
- The role communicates with procurement teams and users in markets to ensure the relevance of the data in order to identify improvement opportunities and driving efficiency
- The role will provide tracking and deliver on agreed reports

**Your Impact**:
As Reporting Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Ensure complete and correct local/global operational reports, stadistics, analyses and presentations through a monitoring of sources of information as requested by customers for management purposes
- Work with internal and external Clients to supplement PepsiCo captured data and make report information complete and useful.
- Will be in charge of define Procedures to analyze Data and Reports and offer recommendations for improvements to Reports, Management Tools, Processes, Data Collection, Recommend suggestions for new / deleted / changed Reports.
- Lead workshops with Stakeholders and Global Procurement Team to find Opportunities for Improved/Efficient the Process and reporting and align work plan
- Will be in charge of deliver standardized reporting and visualization platform with flexible data import/exports and manipulation features.
- Drive process efficiencies and eliminate waste.
- Operational Reports:
- Productivity Tracker and Report - Tactical Buy/Status of progress - Global KPI Dashboard - Compliance Report - Category Cards Report - Content Enablement Report, among others.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- 1-3 yrs of experience en reporting (Global Procurement/Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc)
- Ability to analize data coming from different sources (SAP, Oracle, among other)
- Advanced Power BI and Excel knowledge
- Skills preseting and building dashboards, PPT, excel files to internal and external user - clients
- Able to stabish communication in English
- Multicultural work experience is desirable
