Job Requirements

This position's location is in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, on a hybrid Work From Home scheme (3 Days at Home and 2 at the Office). It's not remote.

Job Objective

Execute the Organizational Talent Strategy, supporting and leading processes and Talent Management key initiatives to optimize the organizational structure, attain the business core objectives and develop/retainment of talent.

Create a plan to stablish the culture for the CBSM. Coordinate the CBSM efforts to improve its workforce diversity in all its dimensions and remove barriers to inclusion so that every employee will be fully engaged and able to contribute to the organization’s results as their authentic selves and to their fullest potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the populations it serves, a workplace that fosters belonging, inclusion and engagement of all its employees
- Will facilitate the removal of institutional obstacles to inclusion to ensure that everyone is accepted, treated equitably and offered the same opportunities to fully contribute to the success of the organization as their authentic selves
- Engage with new hires by using fun and educational touchpoints on a regular basis to create a positive onboarding experience as well as showcasing what CBSM has to offer new hires
- Support the recruiting process by engaging with new hires on a regular basis to offer them a welcoming onboarding experience
- Design, implement and manage the strategy, policies and procedures related to Organizational Development to attain the business objectives (communication, culture, events, training, development, structure, organizational climate); facilitating the implementation of approved Change Management initiatives associated with the organizational transition. Anticipate organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure the implementation of Talent Management initiatives, including those initiatives related to the organizational efficacy and a culture of diversity and equal opportunities. Scope of responsibility include critical role pipelines, retention programs, Change Management activities, leadership training, workforce analysis and reports, talent development and succession planning
- Create, implement and manage the communication and events strategy, fostering. Implement and manage the communication and events strategy that drives and promotes the company's culture. Work together with marketing team.
- Coordinate teambuilding events, training sessions, facilitate training and execute specific projects, designed for each functional area

Work Experience

Technical Knowledge
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administrations, Training, Education or related discipline
- 4 years of experience in Talent Development and cultural diversity & engagement, preference working with the area of IT.
- Fluency in English

Experience
- Experience in D&I KPI monitoring & evaluation Talent Reviews and Talent Management administered at an international level.
- Demonstrated professional competence and success in the delivery of innovative programs and interventions related to diversity and inclusion in a complex multicultural environment. *
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships coupled with strong collaboration and team skills. *
- Ability to influence effectively and gain commitment. *
- Skills in group facilitation and presentation
- Sound judgment and decision-making, teamwork, adaptation and flexibility, resource management, initiative and results-driven, multi-tasking and leadership
- Experience in the field and communication with senior leadership, both team-based and 1-on-1
- Experience in process-mapping, change management and implementation
