You will be part of this growth overseeing Marketing Network strategy by by bridging the future and the present, **Leading Innovation Resource Management Operations** and the implementation of the related LATAM** routines and processes** while **connecting and integrating it to the LATAM Business Transformation Office, **PMO and Resource Management **network**.

**W**hat You’ll Do for Us**
- ** Owns the Marketing Orchestration for the OU driving the OU Marketing activities, brand calendars guidance, **comprising Innovation projects and E2E Projects. campaigns
- ** Holding the stewardship of **ways-of-working** (e.g. agile), key processes and routines
- **Introducing tools and best practices** from Global network to deliver the OU KO Mkt agenda.
- ** Leading the optimized allocation and tracking of resources (People & DME) **across Marketing projects, including E2E campaigns and Innovation, in coordination with all Mkt sub-functions as well as the OU network
- ** Supporting,** as part of the Global Marketing Operations and Capabilities network, the creation of a **compelling vision and strategic agenda**
- **Defining the current OU resources **(inc. skills & competencies and experiences) for Resource Management and bringing in Global and external best practices **in partnership** with OU Marketing Capabilities Lead and HR.
- OU Marketing Network Operations and Capabilities Lead will carry out duties through her/his team (including situational coaching and talent development) and individually; and interacting regularly with the global Marketing Network Operations and Capabilities Lead, with OU Marketing Lead and broader OU marketing team.
- In particular:

- Lead and support the E2E process orchestrating all the parts (Brands, Insights, IMX, creative, execution Frontline and franchise).
- Lead and support the necessary ecosystem of meetings and routines to ensure the least time consuming and better user experience possible.
- Initiative’s orchestration and management through the E2E process, enlightening key dates, blockers, and risks flag.
- Lead & Support ABP Process
- Ensure Innovation Strategic Direction and communication flow between key stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio view and strategy providing guidance on how to prioritize and driving decision making.

**Work Focus**
- Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the highest priority and enterprise wide scale bets, in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define the strategic direction for the business.
- Ability to mobilize and champion change management across the region and teams.
- Ability to develop, curate and deliver communication, cognizant of key stakeholders.

**Communication Focus**
- The role communicates internally across OU Marketing and within the entire network.
- The role influences and aligns senior leaders across the OU, to adopt, support and implement the elements outlined in the scope of the role. The role also negotiates with senior leaders at OU level to invest in many of the elements outlined in the scope of the role our people, especially where opposing interests relative to local plans exist.
- The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the Global Marketing community.
- The role has a critical role orchestrating the Mktg LT.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 15+ years of experience in **leading multifunctional System teams**_ including Marketing, Strategic Planning and/or BTO, Innovation, Project Management, and Agile Ways-of-Working
- Experience working in **cross**-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred**
- Experience in leading and managing** a full set of processes**
- Experience working with marketing **in the field is preferred**
- Experience on resource allocation and **Agile is preferred.**
