A ser operada por Hamak Hotels, con 30 habitaciones, restaurante, rooftop, mezcalería, sushi bar, speakeasy, cabina de masajes y gimnasio,, con softbrand pendiente, La Casona será el referente de un lujo refinado y confortable, con un restaurante que será el rincón gastronómico de la zona, atrayendo a huéspedes y locales.

**Perfil de Candidato y Posición**

El Director de Ventas y Marketing es un profesional con trayectoria de al menos 2 años como gerente/director de ventas y marketing con experiência en hoteles boutique, en el mercado de leisure, y consortia y con conocimiento probado de la plaza de la CDMX y mercados internacionales, así como estar familiarizado con afiliaciones y eventos relacionados a Virtuoso o similares. El manejo de revenue y conocimiento del marketing digital es indispensable. Sabe cómo utilizar las herramientas digitales y tiene un alto sentido visual y de comunicación en marketing. Excelente en interpretación de números para toma de decisiones estratégicas y presentación.

Son necesarios su experiência creando oportunidades de negocio relacionados con el entorno gastronómico de la ciudad y eventos de alto nível desde su cotización hasta el cierre, procesos de reservaciones y revenue, con un alto sentido estratégico, experiência en negociación, elaboración de contratos, preparación de datos analíticos y toma de decisiones en torno a ellos, diseño de documentos de ventas, enfoque a resultados y espíritu de servicio. Se requiere a un excelente vendedor, negociador y líder manejando equipos, así como una red de contactos local y en la industria amplia y comprobable.

El Director de Ventas y Marketing es responsable del logro y maximización de los ingresos de presupuesto a través de todos los canales y recursos disponibles -incluyendo creación y empuje de eventos, add ons, etc-, de un alto nível de servicio en su trato con clientes -por cualquier medio-, incluyendo la formación de material y comunicación adecuado de nuestros productos y de la formación y seguimiento de la estrategia comercial en conjunto con el área corporativa de mediano y corto plazo; es miembro del Comité Ejecutivo y como tal se espera que trabaje junto con la gerencia general en el logro de objetivos y en todas las actividades, siendo siempre un Embajador de Casa ante el huésped, clientes externos, proveedores y personal.

Es responsable de la dirección y supervisión de áreas de Revenue y Reservaciones, coordinación con área corporativa de Comercialización, de la comunicación y entregables de proveedores externos como relaciones públicas, e-marketing, RRSS, diseño, contenido editorial, y de la coordinación requerida en el área comercial con las colaboraciones internas como Eventos, Gastronomía, etc.

**Experiência requerida en**: Gerente de Ventas y Marketing con experiência en generación de eventos gastronómicos, negociaciones con Cuentas Clave, OTA’S, consorcios, y entendimiento claro de procesos de servicio en el resto de la operación del hotel. Con al menos 2 años en posición ejecutiva.
