**Sales Manager for Real Estate Investment Company (Remote/Full-Time)**
**OUR COMPANY**
LPI Home Buyers is a successful, U.S. based real estate investment (acquisitions) company seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Actively drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and holding the sales team accountable for performance targets.
- Provide regular feedback, training, and support to the sales team to ensure consistent improvement and results.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present reports on team performance and sales metrics at weekly meetings with CEO.
- Be available to step in when needed to handle difficult conversations with clients, close deals, and provide guidance.
- Help Acquisition Agents comp. and analyze a deal in order to present an offer
- Oversee and manage the sales workflow of the company, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Be proactive in resolving issues and taking ownership of outcomes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Worked in real estate acquisitions for a U.S. based cash home buying or real estate investment company (MINIMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE). Management experience is not required but you must have at least 1 year experience working for a similar company.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent internet and phone setup. Fluent in English.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the team and company objectives.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to step in and lead by example on the sales floor.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- A competitive starting salary of $1,250/month plus 1% commission from closed deals (easily starting you at $22,000 per year).
