We are a full cycle development company separated into three main sections: Off Market Property Acquisition/Wholesale, Development, and Retail Sales. Each business group adds value to our projects by identifying opportunities, creating desirable and unique projects, and then working together with consumers to complete our cycle. Since the inception of our company, we have had over $800,000,000 in sales volume and over 750 units sold.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prospect via Cold Calls, SMS, etc.
- Qualify and answer all inbound calls and texts with enthusiasm and urgency
- Set up Quality appointments for Acquisitions Manager
- Monitor all inbound lead sources
- Database Management
- Audit Calls and Leads
- Exceed Performance metrics
- Additional duties as assigned
- Hours are between 9am-7pm PST, Tuesday
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**
- Be FLUENT in English, including grammar
- Have Real Estate and/or Prospecting Experience
- Have Exceptional telephone skills
- Be Detail-oriented with proficient writing & communication skills
- Have Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Have Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Be Comfortable with fast-paced communications, delivery, and issue resolution
- Have Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Have a Flexible Full-Time Schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, Launch Control, and SlyBroadcast, preferred
**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE or PROVIDE**
- A voice recording (script will be provided)
- Current resume
- Predictive Index (when requested)
- Reliable internet & dedicated computer with full Microsoft Office
**WAGE RANGE**
- $5 - $6.50 USD
- DOE
- Bonus Potential based on performance
Pay: $5.00 - $6.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
