**Job Title: Telemarketing Team Lead**
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Team Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage a team of Telemarketing Specialists who are responsible for outreach to mentors and maintaining relationships with them. The Team Lead will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team members, ensuring they meet their goals and deliver high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage a team of Telemarketing Specialists, including providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize outreach efforts and improve the effectiveness of the telemarketing team.
- Set clear goals and targets for the team members and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Marketing and Program Management, to ensure alignment of telemarketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide updates on initiatives.
- Handle escalated issues and concerns from team members and mentors, and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze data and metrics related to telemarketing activities to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of achieving goals and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing and tracking telemarketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- Product knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Six months or more experience in a call center environment
- Customer service experience
- Good data entry/keyboard skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Familiar with office rules/office environment
- Advanced English
