RHI Magnesita has an amazing opportunity for Maintenance Planner in Ramos Arizpe, México

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing, budget and assign human and material resources for preventive, corrective, and new maintenance projects, based on company policies and accepted annual budgets to ensure, optimize and accepted annual budgets with the purpose of ensuring and optimizing the continuity of the production process.

This position will report to the Head of Head of Maintenance Ramos. The Maintenance Team Leader will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.

**The Maintenance Planner’s tasks include**:

- Developing and manage mechanical engineering projects and installation of new equipment
- Performing and present technical, economic, and financial justifications for the maintenance projects
- Budgeting the annual preventive maintenance plan
- Supervising compliance with maintenance plans
- Assigning resources and suppliers to mold projects
- Budgeting the total annual expenses of the production plant
- Supervising and record changes and inventories of fixed assets of the production plant
- Managing the resources of the maintenance workshops
- Developing and plan training plans

**About you**

Do you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or related
- Minimum 4 years of Maintenance experience is required
- Experience with AutoCAD software
- High proficiency with use of SAP or similar system for data input, output, report creation and data analysis
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Spare parts management and maintenance indicators
- Supplier management experience
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent Problem solving and organizational skills
- Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven
- Familiar with data input, output, report creation and data analysis
- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications
