**How you will do it?**
- Supports the standardized process for budget management for IT PMOs
- Assist with analysis of monthly financial results to determine trends.
- Assist PMO Leads to ensure adherence to plan/forecast.
- Provide reporting and analysis support to leadership to improve visibility and decision making process
- Develop, standardize and automate financial and operational performance reports using different reporting tools and data sources
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis
- Compile project financial information for business reviews
- Create reporting outputs and management presentations providing value-added analysis and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Continuous Improvement activities in reporting to ensure standardization, efficiency and best practice
- Support Ad-hoc requests coming from different PMO Leads
- Responsible for the recording of all relevant transactions into the General Ledger, month end close activities and the reconciliation some of our most complex accounts on a monthly basis supporting temporary to standardize the process and delivery it to the proper team.

**What we look for? Position Requirements
**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, modeling, pivot tables, and lookups)
- SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy) and different ERPs is a plus
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Ability to work under pressure and accomplishment of standard and ad-hoc deliverables within tight deadlines
- Self-driven, proactive and quick learner
- Ability to adapt into fast-paced business environment and quickly changing situations
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
