**Resumen del puesto**:
Proporciona servicios administrativos dentro de un departamento, función o área de proceso designados. Las tareas son principalmente transaccionales y pueden incluir servicios como el apoyo a la oficina; la preparación, el archivo y la presentación de documentación; el seguimiento del inventario y las compras; el mantenimiento de las instalaciones; el mantenimiento del equipo administrativo, el seguimiento y el control de los procesos departamentales (es decir, el trabajo facturado, el seguimiento de los costes, etc.) y otras tareas transaccionales. Los empleados de los Servicios Administrativos pueden trabajar en una oficina general o en un equipo, o bien en un área funcional designada o en una ubicación sobre el terreno.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Se familiariza con los procesos y prácticas de los Servicios Administrativos dentro de una función específica o área de especialidad.
- Con orientación, realiza tareas específicas relacionadas con algunas o todas las siguientes:
- oApoyo a la oficina: adquisición de suministros, realización de tareas transaccionales relacionadas con la seguridad y la autorización de empleados, contratistas y visitantes, inicio de llamadas de servicio y participación en ejercicios de seguridad y planificación de emergencias.
- Administración de procesos: cumplimentar, verificar y presentar el papeleo en apoyo de las operaciones en curso (es decir, formularios fiscales, órdenes de compra, facturas, acuerdos relacionados con proveedores, facturas de venta, cuentas de gastos, etc.).
- Mantenimiento de las instalaciones: apoyo a las actividades de construcción, remodelación, reubicación y similares.
- Administración de la oficina: gestión de la correspondencia entrante y saliente, introducción de datos, archivo y recuperación de documentos, apoyo a reuniones y conferencias (programación, organización de equipos audiovisuales y otros), recepción y orientación de visitantes e invitados, etc.
- Se relaciona con los miembros del equipo asignado, los equipos aliados, los clientes y otras partes interesadas para garantizar una comunicación precisa y oportuna y la finalización de las tareas.
- Garantiza el cumplimiento de las políticas y directrices reglamentarias y de la empresa.
- Realiza otras tareas según se le asigne.
**Cualificaciones necesarias**:
- Bachillerato terminado
- En general, menos de 2 años de experiência en el área de responsabilidad.
- Experiência manejando montacargas
