Plant HR Learning & Development Specialist
- Participates in the development and adjustment of the site's human resources through the implementation and execution of training, recruitment and competency management plans.
- Training budget, % of internal training hours, training evaluation, average number of training hours per person, number of people who did not receive training in the last 2 years, recruitment efficiency

Training management:

- Provides guidelines to build the training plan of the site in order to comply with the technological and human resources, according to the guidelines established by the Division.
- Develops and implements training plan (actions; schedule, trainers, trainees, and budget) based on site guidelines and triggers:
Analysis of the needs expressed by the different departments.

Requirements of the client
- Proposes the best solutions according to training needs (internal/external training, choice of trainers, teaching methods...)
- Search, select and evaluate external training companies.
- Participates in the development of internal training modules (teaching objectives, content, evaluation criteria) and prepares internal trainers (Train the trainer sessions).
- Locally manages MLP
- Keep track of training and any evidence required according to customer requirements and division procedures
- Coordinate/provide training in management skills (leadership, communication and teamwork) for all levels of supervision.
- Participates in the orientation / induction process for new employees.
- Track training budget and alert in case of any deviation, get possible subsidies
- Track training indicators and do all required reporting (legal, divisional, corporate)
- Establish corrective actions if necessary
- Actively participate in the Division's “training of leaders” network
- Participate in IATF 16946 audits
- Proper identification and handling of nonconforming product according to procedure

Recruitment / mobility:

- Monitoring of the internal mobility of the site, established according to the training plan
- Participate in recruitment actions regarding MOI staff and interns.
- Establish and execute site induction path for new recruits (according to Division and "métier" requirements)
- Ensure that local Job Descriptions are updated and signed by the employee and her immediate boss. They must be updated maximum every 3 years or as required.

Department activities:

- Propose internal improvements in human resources procedures.
- Actively participate in the development and monitoring of the HR progress plan
- Can provide support to managers for team management.

Others:

- Manage external dining and transportation providers.
- Make local and corporate announcements (TopNet) of the new MOI income.
- Participate in Kamishibai and LPA's audits.
- Organize staff motivation events and festive dates.
- Internal communication (Holidays, use of uniform, corporate visits, etc.)
- Use of the Genex System: EPR's of Bajío and Power Plants.
