- El equipo de estrategia de ventas y operaciones comerciales es responsable de la planificación de todas las actividades de ventas. Investiga y analiza los clientes existentes y específicos de la organización para desarrollar una base de conocimiento de las tendencias de ventas. Planifica y coordina proyectos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la efectividad de la fuerza de ventas.

**Resumen del rol**:
**Lead the promoters team in accordance with the company values and strategic KPI´s and the 4 pillars of Trade Marketing that guarantees the KASA guidelines.**

**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:

- **
Perform structured visits in point of sales to guarantee the correct brand operation, including promoters team, product distribution, customer experience, promotion strategy implementation and maintenance relationship with TP personnel.**
- ** Ensure that the promoters team counts with the correct and clear information needed to deliver KPIs crucial for business.**
- ** Punctual follow up to the operative requirements of the promoters team such as: absences, vacations, laboral inability, special permissions.**
- ** Punctual follow up of the Involves platform: Surveys, punctuality, assistance and operational KPIs.**
- ** Make weekly executive presentations of operations in point of sales.**
- ** Product and operation training of new members of the promoters team, Trade Partners sales teams and specific additional requirements.**
- ** Attend product demonstrations in point of sales previously negotiated and special brand events.**

**Requerimientos mínimos**:

- **
Finished secondary education**
- ** Extensive experience in In Store Executions. (Communications with Floor manager of Point of sales, negotiating additional displays,conflict resolution)**
- ** G-Suite basic knowledge (G-mail, Sheets, Documents, Presentations)**

- ** Accurate communication skills**
- ** High sense of urgency**
- ** Ability to work under pressure**
