Industrial Solutions empowers smarter business operations by connecting equipment, software, and services to protect, control, and optimize assets within electrical infrastructures. Across multiple energy-intensive industries, the business provides customers with end-to-end product and service solutions that help ensure the reliability and protection of their electrical infrastructure. The Post Sales Service Specialist will act as the primary customer and field sales contact to own, contain, and resolve post-shipment customer issues.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web.
- Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams.
- Document customer cases and actions using case-tracking tools.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
