**Warehouse and Logistics Specialist**:

In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring that warehousing operations are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. This is a key position in the NEMA Motors team. You will lead by example, following all established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse to ensure seamless receipt and dispatch of goods.

Procurement Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensures various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
- Inspecting quality of incoming goods before storage, to ensure no damaged goods are received.
- Ensuring daily contact with suppliers to prepare for expected deliveries and ensure required resources and equipment are available.
- Participating in regular inventory control processes and reviews.
- Attend warrantee topics in shipments with customers and the corresponding process for the claim to the carrier.
- Uploading and follow up of invoices in the local portal.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree completed.
- 2+ years of experience with warehouses and logistics.
- Experience in inventories / cycle counts, dealing with carriers and follow-up on issues / customer service.
- Experience with SAP and Lean topics (5s).
- SAP, MS Office knowledge.
- Power BI y Visio is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Intermediary English level.
