**E80 Group** is specialized in the **development of automated and integrated intralogistics solutions** for manufacturers of consumer goods operating in the **beverage, food, tissue** and other sectors. Thanks to innovative technologies and a thorough understanding of the customers' logistic processes, the company anticipated the concept of **Industry 4.0**: the Smart Factory, sustainable, interconnected and safe.
The main systems produced by E80 Group include palletizing robots, a wide range of laser guided vehicles, high speed robotic stretch wrappers, pallet control systems, robotic labelers, layer picking and repacking solutions, and automated high-density warehouses. **The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SM.I.LE80** software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), the "orchestra conductor" that ensures the efficient integration of the systems, guaranteeing the optimal management of all operations, from the entry of raw materials to storage right through to shipping.
To date, E80 Group has built around **350 int**egrated factories** in different parts of the world, installing more than** 2,500 robotic systems**, more than **6,500 laser-guided automatic vehicles **and, from 2016, **40 high-density automatic warehouses.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Recruiting and selecting (sourcing, filtering and selecting)
- Conducts background check for new employees and existing employees as needed.
- Participation in job fairs
- Benefits (Insurance, house and car allowance, others)
- Employee registration in different platforms (Nexonia, SAP, others)
- Works collaboratively with other departments and Human Resources Manager to implement engagement strategies as it relates to job
satisfaction, belonging and retention.
- Assists in all VISA immigration processing issues for employees in need of these services.
- Maintains the human resources personnel information system and maintains company organization charts and headcount.
- Supports other assigned functions and other ad hoc HR projects.
- Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Involved in first steps of the recruiting process
- Involved in legal aspects related with employees and organization
- In charge to be aligned with all Mexican regulations and laws related to HR (Nom035, REPSE, others)
**Requirements**:Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources duties
- Experience in sourcing, filtering and recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Knowledge in talent management tools
- Travel may be required (up to 20%)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related major
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation.
