**I. **Position Overview**

**II. **Main Activities and Responsibilities**
- Participation in key account business reviews, category line reviews and new item presentations.
- Develop, execute and maintain an effective territory sales plan. Present the sales plan to the leadership team and manage daily efforts toward that plan
- Develop and maintain a networking and cold/warm calling plan to identify and contact new prospects and find/create new opportunities
- Document business development activities through the company supplied CRM
- Develop and maintain an accurate business forecast, updated and reported on a weekly basis
- Become a resource for existing or potential customers, ensuring that needs are identified early on in the decision making process
- Inform customers of trends and assist in identifying solutions that solve their business problems
- Exceed annual bookings target and margin goals
- Create repeat customers and provide the highest levels of customer service and support
- Responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, routing problem resolution (including accounts receivable), and customer interaction.
- Review of production schedule to anticipate changes in order status and proactively communicate issues to customers.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipments of products until delivery.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to follow-up on customer feedback and identify a root cause and corrective action on issues.
- Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job.
- Other related responsibilities required to achieve the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and profitability.
**III. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree
- Bilingual (Eng-Span)
- 2+ year’s relevant business to business sales experience, Account Management or Sales experience in Supply Chain Industry preferred.
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals

**IV. **Skills**
- Multichannel Lead Generation
- Working understanding of ocean, imports and exports preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office software.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and be solution oriented in a fast pace and high volume environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational and planning skills.
- Possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product challenges.
